Michael Nashef is an accomplished jewelry designer, educator, and entrepreneur with an MFA in Metal and Jewelry Design and more than 24 years of experience in the industry.

He is the creator of the Intersecting Hearts® Collection, a distinctive line of engagement rings that symbolize timeless love. Michael is also the owner of ORGO Tools and Nashef Designs, where he continues to innovate in both design and tool development.

As the co-founder of J.E.M. Tech LLC, Michael combines his expertise in 3D design, jewelry-making, and tool creation to power the Jewelry Repair Estimator (JRE) app. His enduring passion for craftsmanship and education drives his mission to create smarter, more efficient solutions for the jewelry community.

With over 22 years in the jewelry industry, Jack Daoud is the co-owner of Olmaz Jewelers, a successful retail jewelry store known for its exceptional quality and service.

As co-founder of J.E.M. Tech LLC, Jack contributes his deep knowledge of operations, repair processes, and

customer service to the Jewelry Repair Estimator app.

Jack’s focus on practical, everyday solutions helps jewelers work more efficiently and provide an exceptional experience for their customers.

Elie Abou-Rjieleh is a Graduate Gemologist (GG) and seasoned jeweler with more than 21 years of experience.

As a co-owner of Olmaz Jewelers, Elie has a well-earned reputation for design and craftsmanship that have made

him a respected leader in the jewelry world. 

Through his role as co-founder of J.E.M. Tech LLC, Elie brings his deep industry expertise to the Jewelry Repair

Estimator app, helping modernize repair estimating and support jewelers in delivering precise, professional service.
